About Me
I'm a 19-year-old artist and student from Czechia (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ*.ﾟ This site is a school project where I'm combining my portfolio with the retro web aesthetics I love. I am currently in my final year of high school (finals season is handling me, not the other way around).
✧ My Goal:My plan is to study Psychology. I'm interested in how people work - what makes them tick, how they think, all that fascinating stuff.
✧ Current Work:I'm writing my graduation thesis on the Victorian Era, which also heavily inspires my fiction. I focus on character design and building worlds for them to live in. Creating unique personalities and backstories is what I'm all about!
→ The Book:I'm writing a novel called Marianne Anton and Other Scandals. It's still ongoing (probably will be forever lol), but it's been such a fun journey developing these characters and their world.
→ The Plan:I'm currently working on illustrating the book myself to combine my art with my writing. Best of both worlds, right? (◕‿◕✿)
When I'm not studying, I'm usually listening to Radiohead or The National or reading. Gotta have that soundtrack for life ♪♫
✧ What I'm Into:
→ Literature: The Picture of Dorian Gray, Baudelaire's poetry, and Jekyll & Hyde. All the moody Victorian vibes ☆.。.:*
→ Tech:I collect vintage phones! My current lineup includes two BlackBerries (Q20 Classic) and a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT. There's something about old tech that just hits different ✧･ﾟ
→ Vibe: 1980s aesthetics, early 2000s web culture, and programming. This whole website is basically my vibe in digital form.

My Projects
This is my main project right now. It's a novel about a Scottish Duchess trying to navigate (and survive) Victorian London society. I'm basically pouring all my historical research into this one story. ☆.。.:*
Since I want to go into Psychology, I try to make my characters feel mentally complex, not just visually cool. I want to understand how their brains work before I even start drawing them. (◕‿◕✿)
I work digitally, mostly drawing on Procreate. I also experiment with 2D animation using Flipaclip. (I paint traditionally sometimes, but the iPad is my main workspace). ✧･ﾟ

I've been writing since I was eight years old (it started with Minecraft fanfiction, we all start somewhere). Now, I focus on combining historical eras with character study. ♪♫
I'm working toward animating my own series and eventually building a fandom around this world. ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ
